  • Asafoetida: a small pinch
  • Ginger: 1/2 piece
  • Green chillies: 1 no
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cashew pieces: 4–5 nos
  • Dried red grapes (raisins): 1 tbsp
  • Dried copra powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Garam masala: 1/2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1/2 tbsp
  • Green coriander: a few

Directions

Step 1
take pigeon

add in mixer jar crush without add water, take a paste on plate

take a oil on pan add pigeon paste on it, roast until cooked pigeon, add salt

add cashew, kishmish, add dry coconut, dry cumin coriander powder, lemon juice

add garam masala, add some fresh chopped coriander, mix all turn off gas

take maida flour, add lemon juice, add oil, mix well oil n flour, add water

make roti dow
Step 9
make a ball of pigeon masala

make small puri and put ball on center

make potlis

deep fry on oil

tuver kachori is ready serve with chutney
