Ingredients

  • Chickpeas: 1/2 cup
  • Rice: 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Limbu na ful (citric acid): 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Ginger: 1 to 1.5 inches (or pcs)
  • Green chillies: 5 to 6 nos
  • Baking soda: 1/4 tbsp
  • Chickpeas: 1 cup
  • Rice: 3 tbsp
  • Limbu na ful (citric acid): 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger: 2 to 3 inches (or pcs)
  • Green chillies: 10 to 12 nos
  • Baking soda: 1/2 tbsp
  • Chickpeas: 2 cups
  • Rice: 6 tbsp
  • Limbu na ful (citric acid): 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Ginger: 4 to 6 inches (or pcs)
  • Green chillies: 20 to 24 nos
  • Baking soda: 1 tbsp

Directions

Step 1
take 1 cup besan and 3 tbsp sooji
Step 2
add 3 tbsp sugar, add water, and mix well
Step 3
cover it and rest for 15 minutes
Step 4
after 15 minutes remover cover and add green chilli paste grated ginger turmeric powder, salt and mix, add lemon juice, add oil
Step 5
mix well and cover it and rest for 7 minutes again, after 7 minutes add unflavoured eno when you steam it
Step 6
mix with one direction ,batter add in oil greece dish
Step 7
steam and check with knife
Step 8
take 2 tbsp oil on small pan add mustard seed, than add curry leaves, add chopped green chilli, add asofoetida
Step 9
spread with spoon on dhokla, garnish with fresh coriander
Step 10
serve nylon khaman with onion,sev and chutney
