Palak (spinach): 1 bunch
Water: As required
Salt: To taste
Oil: 2 tbsp
Asafoetida (hing): 1 pinch
Green chilli: 2 nos
Garlic: 5 buds (cloves)
Ginger: 1 inch
Onion: 2 nos
Tomato: 2 nos
Turmeric: 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
Punjabi sabji masala: 1/2 tbsp
Sugar: If needed

Palak (spinach): 2 bunches

Garlic: 10 buds (cloves)
Ginger: 2 inches
Onion: 4 nos
Tomato: 4 nos
Turmeric: 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
Punjabi sabji masala: 1 tbsp

Directions

Step 1

add palak into hot water

Step 2

strain out boiled palak

Step 3

direct boiled palak put on a chilled water

Step 4

strain into water and put on a dish, put oil and add jeera (cumin), hing, onion, green chilli and saute

Step 5

add tomatoes and let it cool

Step 6

add on mixer jar and make a smooth paste

Step 7

paste add on a pan and saute , add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder, garama masala, add palak paste and saute

Step 8

add butter, salt, and big paneer cuts

Step 9

serve with roti, paratha, nan our palak paneer is ready
