Green chillies : 2-3

Ginger : 1 inch

Garlic : 8-10 bud

Sugar : 1 tbsp

Lemon : 1

Salt : to taste

Water : as per need

Cumin coriander powder : 1 tbsp

Asafoetida : 1/2 tbsp

Oil : 4 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take gram flour, add green chilli, galic, ginger paste, add sugar, salt to taste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, add water as per need
step 2
mix well and make a batter
step 3
spread batter on hot tava, put some oil around chilla
step 4
fry till tits turn to light golden brown shade, and crispy
step 5
serve with catch up
