  • Whole cumin (Jeera): 1/2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds: 1/2 tbsp

Directions

step 1
cut on brinjal add in water

rest on 15 minutes

take mixer jar add namkeen, kaju, penut, garlic crush it
step 4
take a oil add bay leaf, clove, black paper, cinnamon, mustard seed, cumin add hing
step 5
add chopped onion saute until its convert into light golden brown
step 6
add crushed peanut, kaju masala, jaggery to teste
step 7
mix well add water and brinjal cover with lead give 4 wistle
step 8
garnish with fresh coriander
