  • Boiled potatoes: 1
  • Fresh coriander: as required
  • Cumin: 1/4 tbsp
  • Oil: 1 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take oil on pan, add jeera/cumin, curry leaves
step 2
add soaked sabudana, saute well
step 3
add chopped green chillies, grated ginger
step 4
add boiled chopped potatoes
step 5
add roasted peanut
step 6
add sugar to balance the taste
step 7
garnish with fresh coriander and serve sabudana khichdi / sago khichdi
