  • Imli water: 1/2 cup
  • Water: 2 cup
  • Bottle gourd: 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli: 1

Directions

step 1
add oil on pan , add cumin, chanadal, methi seeds and saute

add whole coriander seed, asafoetida, rice

add garlic buds, ginger, cardamom

add curry leaves, grated coconut

add dry red chilli, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste

let it cool down

add into mixer jar, some water

make a paste

add oil on cooker, add green chopped chilli, bottle gourd, tomatoes mix well

add soaked toordal

add masala paste

add 4 cup of water, and close the cooker, and give 3 wistle

than open cooker add imli water, grated jaggery, add salt to taste

take small chonk pan, add oil, add mustard seed, curry leaves, dry red chilli and add on sambhar

our sambhar is ready, serve with idli,dosa, meduvada
