  • Water: 1/2 glass
  • Garlic: 4–5 buds
  • Mustard: 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Khaman: 500 gm
  • Sugar: 4 tbsp
  • Water: 1 glass
  • Garlic: 8–10 buds
  • Mustard: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Khaman: 1 kg
  • Sugar: 8 tbsp
  • Water: 2 glass
  • Garlic: 16–20 buds
  • Mustard: 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Directions

step 1
take khaman dhokla and grated with grater
step 2
take oil on pan, add mustard seed, hing, green chilli, garlic paste, add water, add sugar mix well
step 3
now add grated khaman, mix
step 4
let set for 15 min
step 5
now serve with sev and fresh coriander
