  • Aata flour: 250 gm

  • Jaggery: 250 gm
  • Almonds: 3–4
  • Cashew: 3–4
  • Dry coconut: 1/2
  • Gond katira: 25 gm
  • Aata flour: 500 gm
  • Ghee: 500 gm
  • Jaggery: 500 gm
  • Almonds: 6–7
  • Cashew: 6–7
  • Dry coconut: 1
  • Gond katira: 50 gm
  • Aata flour: 1 kg
  • Ghee: 1 kg
  • Jaggery: 1 kg
  • Almonds: 12–14
  • Cashew: 12–14
  • Dry coconut: 2
  • Gond katira: 100 gm

Directions

step 1
add 500gm ghee
step 2
add 500gm aata flour and roast for 15 minutes on slow flame
step 3
add 1/2 cup gond katira
step 4
stir continously and meke gond katira bigger
step 5
take pan add 1 grounded dry coconut, chopped almond, cashew
step 6
add 500gm jaggery off the gas flame and stir continously until jaggery is melt
step 7
add jaggery mixture on pan and mix
step 8
add in plate
step 9
spread and cut into pieces let it cool on room tempreture for 8 hours
step 10
serve and store in steel airtite box
