Ingredients

  • Ripe bananas: 1/2
  • Green fenugreek: 50 gm
  • Wheat flour: 250 gm
  • Green chillies: 2
  • Garlic: 4–5 buds
  • Ginger: 1/2 inch
  • Fresh coriander: 1/2 cup
  • Cumin & coriander powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

  • Garlic: 8–10 buds
  • Ginger: 1 inch
  • Fresh coriander: 1 cup
  • Cumin & coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Ripe bananas: 2
  • Green fenugreek: 200 gm
  • Wheat flour: 1 kg
  • Green chillies: 8
  • Garlic: 16–20 buds
  • Ginger: 2 inch
  • Fresh coriander: 2 cups
  • Cumin & coriander powder: 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste

Directions

step 1
take wheat flour , oil, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chilli gunger paste, chopped green methi, fresh coriander, mix well, add mashed 2 bananas
step 2
add water as per need and make a dough, than add 1 tbsp oil and knead the dough
step 3
make thepla like roti size, put on tawa, and bake both size
step 4
than put some oil on both size untill its turn onto light goldern brown shade
step 5
serve and enjoy
