Ingredients

  • Bottle gourd: 500 g
  • Milk: 100 g
  • Ghee: 250 g
  • Sugar: 100 g
  • Cashews: 4–5 nos
  • Black dried grapes (raisins): 5 nos
  • Bottle gourd: 1 kg
  • Milk: 200 g
  • Ghee: 500 g
  • Sugar: 200 g
  • Cashews: 8–10 nos
  • Black dried grapes (raisins): 10 nos
  • Bottle gourd: 2 kg
  • Milk: 400 g
  • Ghee: 1 kg
  • Sugar: 400 g
  • Cashews: 16–20 nos
  • Black dried grapes (raisins): 20 nos

Directions

Step 1
Take 1 kg bottel gourd wash with water
Step 2
cut the top and bottom part, peel the bottle gourd
Step 3
grate the bottle gourd, make a mixer like this
Step 4
remove excess water from mixer of bottle gourd, roast in ghee until mixer become a cook
Step 5
add milk, add sugar, add cashew, add black dry grapes
Step 6
take a 2 tbsp milk add pinch of green food color mix it and add on mixer
Step 7
dudhi halwa is ready serve it hot or cool
