  • Chapati: 12 to 14
  • Water: as required
  • Curry leaves: 16 leaves
  • Mustard seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin: 1 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 1 tbsp
  • Buttermilk: as required (roughly double)
  • Salt: to taste (slightly increase)
  • Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tbsp
  • Cumin coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: to taste (increase slightly)
  • Chapati: 24 to 28
  • Water: as required
  • Curry leaves: 32 leaves
  • Mustard seeds: 2 tbsp
  • Cumin: 2 tbsp
  • Asafoetida: 2 tbsp
  • Buttermilk: as required (roughly double)
  • Salt: to taste (slightly increase)
  • Turmeric powder: 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp

Directions

step 1
take chapati is 1-2 days old

cut into pieces
step 3
take oil on pan add mustard seed, whole cumin, curry leaves, asafoetida, red chilli garlic chutney, add salt and sugar mix well

add buttermilk let it boil
step 5
add tuermeric powder, cumin coriander powder, red chilli powder, mix well
step 6
boil it all
step 7
add pieces of chapatis mix well set in a pan
step 8
serve in plate
